Education & Professional Development

I believe that learning extends far beyond the classroom. Throughout my academic, professional, and volunteer journey, I have continuously invested in developing knowledge, practical skills, and industry-recognised qualifications that enable me to make meaningful contributions in both business and community settings.

My educational pathway combines business, psychology, leadership, workplace safety, community engagement, and professional compliance, providing a diverse foundation that supports my long-term goal of improving both organisational performance and individual wellbeing.

Bachelor of Psychological Studies / Bachelor of Business (Marketing)

I am currently studying a double degree at Victoria University, combining psychology with business and specialising in Marketing.

The psychology component of my degree provides a strong understanding of human behaviour, cognition, mental health, research methods, psychological theory, and evidence-based practice. Through this, I continue developing an appreciation of how people think, behave, communicate, and make decisions.

Alongside psychology, my Business degree focuses on Marketing, where I am developing expertise in:

  • Consumer behaviour
  • Marketing strategy
  • Brand management
  • Digital marketing
  • Market research
  • Advertising and promotion
  • Business communication
  • Customer experience
  • Strategic decision-making
  • Data-informed marketing practices

Studying these two disciplines together allows me to better understand both people and organisations, bridging psychological theory with business strategy to create solutions that improve customer experiences, workplace culture, and organisational outcomes.

Diploma of Business (Enterprise)

Prior to commencing my bachelor's degree, I completed a Diploma of Business (Enterprise) at Victoria University.

This qualification established my understanding of modern business principles while developing practical skills that continue to support my professional career.

Areas of study included:

  • Business Data Analytics & Visualisation
  • Ethics and Sustainability
  • Financial Literacy
  • Economics
  • Organisational Behaviour

  • Professional Practice

The diploma provided a strong foundation in commercial decision-making, teamwork, ethical leadership, analytical thinking, and organisational operations.

These certifications demonstrate my commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

Successfully obtained the NDIS Worker Screening Check, confirming my suitability to work with people accessing disability support services while meeting strict national screening requirements.

Whether through university study, industry certifications, workplace training, volunteer experience, or independent learning, I continually seek opportunities to improve myself both personally and professionally.

As I continue progressing through my studies and career, I remain committed to lifelong learning, ethical leadership, evidence-based decision-making, and making a meaningful impact wherever I have the opportunity to contribute.
